3rd Anniversary Celebration, Induction, and Oath-Taking Ceremony
December 20, 2025 | City Tower Hotel Mabini, Manila
The Alalayang Agila ng Philippine Eagles, Inc. marked a significant milestone as it celebrated its 3rd Anniversary with a momentous gathering that brought together unity, leadership, and renewed commitment to service. Held on December 20, 2025, at the City Tower Hotel Mabini, Manila, the event also featured the induction of new members and the oath-taking of newly elected club and regional officers, signifying the organization’s continued growth and strengthening influence.
The celebration was graced by the presence of the organization’s distinguished guest speaker, Bishop Ricardo “Carding” Sio, Chairman and Vision Keeper of The Voice. His message resonated deeply with the attendees as he shared an inspiring and values-centered exhortation on servant leadership, integrity, and spiritual grounding amid responsibility and authority. In his address, Bishop Sio delivered a compelling message that went beyond structure, strategy, and leadership systems. He emphasized that above all programs, positions, and means of strengthening the organization, it is love that matters most. According to him, love is the foundation that sustains unity, preserves brotherhood, and gives true meaning to authority and service. Without love, systems may exist, but the soul of the organization is weakened. Bishop Sio also emphasized that true strength lies not only in rank or title, but in a heart committed to service, discipline, and unity—principles that align closely with the noble ideals of the Philippine Eagles.
A major highlight of the occasion was the formal appointment of Bishop Ricardo “Carding” Sio as the Regional Spiritual Director of NCR 55, a role bestowed upon him during the program. This appointment was made under the leadership of Gen. “Tiger” Michael Gabriel, Executive National Vice President and Regional Governor of NCR 55. The appointment underscored the organization’s recognition of the vital role of spiritual guidance in shaping principled leaders and fostering moral clarity within the ranks.
The induction of new members symbolized the widening wingspan of Alalayang Agila, welcoming individuals who have committed themselves to the organization’s mission, brotherhood, and civic responsibility. Meanwhile, the oath-taking of the new club and regional officers marked a transition of leadership grounded in accountability, vision, and shared purpose.
As the celebration concluded, the atmosphere was filled with gratitude for the past three years of achievements and a renewed sense of purpose for the years ahead. The 3rd Anniversary Celebration of Alalayang Agila ng Philippine Eagles, Inc. was not merely a commemorative event, but a reaffirmation of its calling—to soar higher in service, leadership, and unity for God, country, and community.
