Team Ministries International (TEAM) was founded in 2000, birthed out of a divine encounter and a season of deep personal surrender. The roots of this vision trace back to 1997, during the global economic crisis that severely affected the entire business of Bishop Carding Sio. In this critical season—marked by personal loss and spiritual searching—he sought God’s guidance on a prayer mountain, humbling himself before the Lord at a profound low point in his life.

It was in this sacred place of surrender that God sent Bishop Tony Marioghae to meet Bishop Carding Sio. Through this God-ordained encounter, the Lord revealed a clear and compelling vision: to guide, equip, and protect pastors and workers in His vineyard, and to raise a generation of leaders empowered to advance His Kingdom.

From this divine commission, Team Ministries International began its journey humbly with one church in Kamuning. Yet, through faith, perseverance, and obedience to God, it has grown exponentially. Today, Team Ministries International enjoys vibrant worship services in Las Piñas, held in a multimillion-peso convention building, a testament to God’s favor, provision, and miraculous guidance.

Over the years, Team Ministries International Philippines has become a spiritual force to be reckoned with. Hundreds of pastors have been equipped, countless revival crusades have ignited cities, and thousands of souls have been won to Christ. Churches planted through Team Ministries International now flourish across the nation, each a living testimony of God’s power and faithfulness.

Many have testified to the awesome power of God as TEAM’s "men on fire” boldly preach the Word, accompanied by unusual signs and wonders that confirm the Gospel. Healings, deliverances, and supernatural breakthroughs continue to follow wherever TEAM ministers, proving that the God who moved in the early Church still moves mightily today.
