The 20th anniversary celebration of Team Ministries International, led by Bishop Tony Marioghae, stood as a powerful testament to God’s faithfulness across generations, uniting Christian leaders from around the world in a momentous gathering marked by vision, unity, and undeniable increase. Delegates from various nations converged in one place, creating an atmosphere charged with faith, purpose, and a shared commitment to advancing the Kingdom.
At the forefront of this remarkable participation was the Team Revivalist Army, led by Bishop Carding Sio, whose leadership continues to inspire a movement grounded in revival and transformation. Alongside him were his dedicated generals, Jonel Galeon and Lylani Justiniano, together with a strong corps of officers who demonstrated unwavering commitment to the vision.
Their presence was not merely symbolic—it was impactful. The Team Revivalist Army mobilized a significant number of delegates, contributing to one of the most notable highlights of the event: a visible and measurable increase in attendance. This overwhelming turnout reflected not only organizational strength but also the hunger and passion for revival that defines the movement. It was a living picture of growth—both in numbers and in spiritual momentum.
Throughout the celebration, the unity among global Christian leaders was evident. Different cultures, languages, and backgrounds blended into one voice of worship and one mission: to expand God’s Kingdom on earth. The event became more than an anniversary—it evolved into a prophetic gathering where vision was sharpened, leaders were empowered, and fresh fire was ignited.
The participation of the Team Revivalist Army underscored a deeper narrative: that true increase is birthed from dedication, alignment, and a shared pursuit of God’s purpose. Their strong representation not only amplified the impact of the celebration but also positioned them as a vital force in the ongoing global revival movement.
As the event concluded, one message remained clear—this was not just a commemoration of 20 years, but a launching point for greater works ahead. The seeds sown through unity, leadership, and active participation will continue to bear fruit, as movements like the Team Revivalist Army press forward in their mission to transform lives and nations.
Indeed, the 20th anniversary of Team Ministries International will be remembered as a defining moment of “Undeniable Increase”—a celebration where growth was not only declared but visibly manifested.

Undeniable Increase: A global celebration of faith, leadership, and transformation
In a time marked by global uncertainty and moral tension, a resounding call echoes through the Church, a call to awaken from complacency and rise into purpose. Anchored in the warnings of Revelation 3:15 and the challenge of 1 Kings 18:21, the message is clear: neutrality is no longer an option. The Church must no longer stand lukewarm, swayed by convenience or silence, but must embrace its divine mandate to influence and transform nations.
Believers are not merely called to gather, preach, or perform religious activities. These are only the beginning. True transformation begins when the Gospel becomes more than words; it becomes a lifestyle. When Philip preached in Samaria, the result was undeniable: joy filled the city. That is the evidence of God’s presence, real, visible change. Without such impact, activity becomes empty, and effort without results becomes meaningless.
The world today is not waiting for more noise, it is waiting for authenticity. The most powerful Gospel is not spoken from a pulpit but lived through conviction. Truth is not flexible or selective; it is constant, incorruptible, and universal. God’s truth does not adjust to suit situations, it defines them. It establishes morality, justice, compassion, and ultimately shapes destinies.
Yet, the danger lies in a generation that seeks to please rather than stand. People without conviction become ineffective, blending into the very systems they are called to change. The most dangerous individuals are not those who oppose truth, but those who stand for nothing at all. Without moral and spiritual conviction, purpose is lost, and greatness remains unattainable.
History reveals that those who fulfilled their calling were deeply moved by what they saw. Nehemiah wept over broken walls. Moses could not ignore injustice. Daniel refused to compromise in a foreign land. Their purpose was awakened by what stirred their spirit. In the same way, the present generation must confront the realities around them; poverty, injustice, and immorality, not with silence, but with action.
Silence in the face of evil is not neutrality; it is quiet agreement. The Church cannot claim to reign with God while tolerating darkness. There must be a clear separation, a bold stand, and a visible difference. The world is waiting, not for perfection, but for the manifestation of sons and daughters who carry truth with courage.
This is not a call to mere existence, but to dominion. Not to survive, but to reign. Not to observe, but to transform.
As the mandate is declared, a new phase begins, a movement forward into destiny. With bold leadership and divine inspiration, there is a rising expectation that every believer will respond. This is the hour to take a stand, to live with purpose, and to embrace the mission fully.
The time of hesitation is over. The call is urgent. And the path is clear: rise, lead, and transform, for nothing will stop the purpose of God from being fulfilled.

The Significance of Leadership
by Bishop Noel Jones, Senior Pastor

to Bishop T.D. JAKES
During the 20th anniversary celebration of Team Ministries International, a powerful and thought-provoking message was delivered by guest speaker Bishop Noel Jones, centering on the profound theme: The Significance of Leadership. His message left a lasting impact on delegates from around the world, highlighting how God uses individuals to shape history, nations, and destinies.
Bishop Jones began by illustrating the weight of leadership through a striking contrast—one man, Adam, brought devastation to humanity, while one man, Jesus Christ, brought salvation. This truth underscores that leadership is never neutral; it carries the power to either destroy or redeem. He emphasized that while many people search for strategies and plans, God is searching for a man—because His divine plan is always embedded within a person.

n the context of ministry, leadership becomes even more significant. God raises leaders not just to organize people, but to bring them closer to Him. A true leader carries the responsibility of hearing from God and delivering His word with precision. Bishop Jones described the unseen labor of spiritual leaders—standing with one foot in the problem and the other in the solution—seeking divine insight to minister effectively to the needs of many.
Drawing from John 11, he shared the story of Lazarus to reveal how God uses situations to manifest His glory. Though Jesus loved Lazarus, He delayed His visit, allowing Lazarus to die. What seemed like neglect was, in fact, divine intention. Jesus declared Himself as “the resurrection and the life,” but for that truth to be revealed, a situation had to be created. Bishop Jones explained that sometimes God allows challenges not to harm us, but to position us for a greater revelation of His power.
He further taught that relationship with God is initiated by God Himself. As an eternal and omniscient being, God already knows every struggle and every solution. Our connection with Him exists because He communicates with us through His Word—the Logos—which is expressed in three forms: as Spirit, as the incarnate Christ, and as the written Scripture. To know God is to know Jesus, and to know Jesus is to understand His Word.
The message also highlighted the importance of revelation over mere reasoning. Like John the Baptist, who recognized Jesus even before birth yet later questioned Him, believers must guard against allowing human logic to override spiritual revelation. Leadership and faith both require staying anchored in what God has revealed, even when circumstances seem unclear.
In closing, Bishop Jones emphasized a vital principle: God will not do what man can do. When Jesus raised Lazarus, He instructed the people to remove the stone first. This demonstrates that while God performs the miraculous, He expects human participation. Leadership, therefore, is a partnership with God—requiring action, responsibility, and obedience.
The message resonated deeply with the celebration’s theme of growth and impact. As Team Ministries International marked two decades of global influence, the teaching served as a powerful reminder that God’s work on earth is carried through leaders He has chosen. Every challenge becomes an opportunity for divine manifestation, and every leader a vessel of God’s eternal purpose.
